Description

This poster outlines a nine-step method that Indigenous seniors can use to safely get up from the floor at home after a fall. The poster contains pictures of how to perform each of the nine steps and also includes a Fall Action Plan, a flow diagram of steps to follow immediately after a fall.

The posters are a component of the Stay on your feet Western Australia (WA) initiative, a state government funded campaign which aims to promote healthy, active ageing in WA to reduce falls and fall-related injuries among seniors.
