As part of the LiveLighter campaign, the LiveLighter brochure aims to make people aware of the danger in being complacent about being overweight. With the catch-phrase 'Grabbable gut outside - toxic fat inside' the brochure uses images of an Indigenous person 'grabbing their gut' and a graphic image of 'toxic fat'. This highlights the message that fat which builds up around vital internal organs releases dangerous levels of chemicals and increases the risk of heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Included in the brochure are 10 quick tips for making healthier choices.
