This 15-minute DVD is designed to educate viewers about the importance of good personal hygiene. It is intended for an audience that has little or no prior understanding of what germs are and how they work.

The producers of the DVD state that the film takes the audience "on a journey from superstition to illumination" about the roles that germs play in human life.
The film was commissioned by enHealth and the environmental health branch of the Northern Territory (NT) Department of Health. It is set in Darwin and features Indigenous actors.
