This poster was developed as part of the Chronic condition management strategies in Aboriginal communities program in South Australia. It describes the process by which health promotion posters were developed with the permission from three 'self management stars', Wally, Jackie and Isabel. It also describes the strategies that were successful in encouraging clients to successfully manage their diabetes including the development of meaningful charts to plot their progress.
