Description

Eat better, move more is a resource kit for the promotion of nutrition and physical activity in remote communities in the Northern Territory (NT).

It is available to health staff and educators who regularly promote nutrition and physical activity in remote NT communities and/or with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and who have undertaken the training required to use the resource.
