When to use this resource

The information in this radio program provides a good introduction to mental health care plans. It would be helpful information for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who have a mental illness, as well as those who have family or friends with a mental illness. Health workers may want to talk to their clients about developing a mental health care plan with their treating doctor. The program could also be downloaded at health service sites for clients to access.
