Hero rewards (2011)

Description

Hero rewards is a Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council (QAIHC) resource that supports Indigenous community members to improve the ways in which they look after their health.

An interactive website offers members a health check tool, a way to register for a health check, and contact information for Aboriginal and Islander Community Controlled Health Services (AICCHS) in Queensland.

The website also includes resources for health professionals and centres:

• referral pathway support and follow up reminders for Indigenous clients - hero postcards for:

  • antenatal care
  • immunisation
  • men's health
  • tobacco
  • healthy eating
  • physical activity
