Description

Hero rewards was a Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council (QAIHC) website for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members. It offered members a health check tool, a way to register for a health check, and contact information for Aboriginal and Islander Community Controlled Health Services (AICCHS) in Queensland.

The website also included resources for health professionals and centres:

The website was part of the Hero rewards program. The initiative was part of the Australian Government's Indigenous chronic disease package (ICDP) program which supported and encouraged general practices and Indigenous health services to provide improved health care services for Indigenous Australians, with a focus on tackling Indigenous chronic disease and Indigenous health care. The website is no longer accessible.
