Alcohol, tobacco and other drugs prevention statement (2009)

Description

The Alcohol, tobacco and other drugs prevention statement was produced by Queensland Health. The report is intended for use as a guide to alcohol and other drug use (AOD) prevention and health promotion. The guidelines contained within aim to assist AOD prevention workers, both government and non-government, to focus their expertise and maximise the impact of their work by clearly identifying the scope and approach of AOD prevention work in Queensland. The report provides an evidence-based 'menu of options' for AOD prevention workers to apply in their local communities according to need, opportunity and capacity.
