Healthy pregnancies, healthy babies for Koori communities is a flipchart developed by the Victorian Department of Health.

• it's everyone's responsibility to support a pregnant woman to be healthy

When to use this resource

The flipchart was designed to be used by Aboriginal Health Workers, maternal and child health nurses, midwives, GPs and other health service providers who work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, their families and communities. The kit takes a holistic approach and states that it is the responsibility of the whole community to support the health and wellbeing of pregnant women.
