The NSW Aboriginal Health Impact Statement and Guidelines aime to ensure that the needs and interests of Indigenous Australians are included in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all NSW Health initiatives. A declaration has been developed to determine whether an initiative will impact on the health of Aboriginal people, and a checklist has been included to detail how the needs and interests of Indigenous people have been sought and incorporated where appropriate.
