When to use this resource

This resource can be used by health professionals to assist with diet and exercise counselling. The posters can be used in workshops or at community events. They can be used to generate discussion with community members about what foods are healthy and how to make simple changes to their diets. The posters can also be used to encourage people to think about and discuss which of the suggested physical activities they could do, and to try to think of any different ones not on the poster.
