Aboriginal vascular health brochures (nd)

Description

These pamphlets were developed with advice from Aboriginal Health Workers and non-government organisations. The series of thirteen pamphlets relate to a range of issues linked with vascular health (blood vessels). Each of the pamphlets is in an easy-to-read language directed at Aboriginal people.

Pamphlet titles are:

• obesity
• nutrition
• kidney disease
• smoking
• cholesterol
• stroke
• heart attack
• blood pressure
• heart disease
• cardiovascular disease.

When to use this resource

The Aboriginal vascular health brouchures have been designed for educating Aboriginal patients and communities. They can be used to distribute to people at workshops, community events or during individual consultations.
