This booklet was developed to provide information and support for Aboriginal people looking out for others at risk of suicide or self-harm. The booklet offers cultural advice and information on:

• thoughts and feelings
  
• supporting people
• how to help
  
• looking after each other
  
• who we are and why we're important to our community
• places that can help.

This booklet is presented in a user-friendly format and includes culturally appropriate artwork.

This booklet is appropriate for family and friends who are concerned about, or are supporting, someone in the Indigenous community who is at risk of suicide or self-harm.
