Yarning about mental health, revised (2006)

Description

This flipchart has been developed for mental health practitioners to use when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. The flipchart guides practitioners on how to complete a care plan (including crisis plan and warning signs), or full assessment of their client's social and emotional wellbeing. The flipchart includes easy-to-follow activity sheets that the practitioner and client can complete together.

When to use this resource
