The Get on track challenge is a free, fun and entertaining team-based physical activity and healthy eating program for all WA adults.
Participants are encouraged to find thirty minutes of physical activity and eat two serves of fruit and five serves of vegetables every day, as part of a healthy lifestyle. They record their physical activity and fruit and vegetable consumption each day, which is converted into kilometres and recorded on a team map.
Participants are encouraged to particpate in teams in their workplace or community.
