Move well eat well for schools project

Overview

The Move well eat well for schools project is a guided investigative and problem solving process that encourages and supports professional learning around physical activity and nutrition. It enables schools to identify strengths and weaknesses around their policies and programs for promoting nutrition and physical activity, identify priority areas for action, develop a plan of action to improve the school environment and student health, and involve a wide range of people from the school and community in this planning process.
