Nyoongar patrol outreach service



The Nyoongar patrol outreach service delivers social and welfare services to Aboriginal peoples who are homeless, affected by alcohol and/or other drugs and at risk to themselves and the general community in Perth, Western Australia. The service also identifies Aboriginal juveniles at risk of self-harm or deemed at risk and makes appropriate referrals. The patrol provides services with partner councils and agencies to increase safety and harmony for all members of the community.

The patrol covers the Perth Central Business District and surrounding regions (Burswood, Fremantle, Midland, Northbridge, the Northern Corridor, the South-Eastern Corridor and Vincent).
