Aboriginal communities development program (ACDP)

 

Overview

The Aboriginal communities development program (ACDP) aimed to improve the health and living standards of Aboriginal communities in NSW. An investment of $240 million over ten years contributed to addressing the major environmental health issues of a selected number of communities. The ACDP program focused on three key areas including:

In addition to addressing the environmental health of the selected communities the program additionally aimed to promote employment and training opportunities.
