Overview

Good lovin' is a three day program that seeks to educate young Indigenous people about sexual health issues. The aim of the program is to encourage young people to make positive sexual health choices.

Three topics are the primary focus of Good lovin':

• practicing safe sex
• only when you're ready
• respecting your partner.
  

The program incorporates hip hop, theatre, and humour to engage young people on the sensitive topic of sexual health.

The program begins with a play and is followed by a two day workshop which is run by trained facilitators and sexual health experts. Good lovin' is a free program and designed for young Indigenous people aged between 12 and 15 years.
