Overview

This project was funded as part of the National caring communities program and aimed to enable members of a remote Indigenous community to access information about palliative care. It facilitated the integration of health and community service provision to terminally ill people and provided an opportunity for Indigenous health workers to inform non-Indigenous care providers of cultural requirements. This program also created a link between community members and palliative care services.
