Healthy Heart Program

 

Overview

The Healthy Heart Program is an education and rehabilitation program for Indigenous and non-Indigenous people with heart disease in the Northern Territory (NT).

Cardiac rehabilitation involves education and physical activity to get people with heart conditions back into the community. People encouraged to participate in the program include anyone who has:

The program has a number of components, delivered by a cardiac educator, dietitian and exercise physiologist.

The program is free to attend, but bookings are essential. For more information on times and dates please refer to the links below.
