Overview

The Western Institute of TAFE and Daruk Aboriginal Medical Service together developed and ran a culturally appropriate weekly cooking class (6/12 duration) including nutrition, food preparation and healthy food choices. The program offered an opportunity to go on to further education in the area. A cookbook was also produced.
