Healthy active ambassadors program

Overview

The Healthy active ambassadors program was an initiative of the Australian Government, funded under the Australian better health initiative.

The program was announced in July 2006 and ran for two years. The program aimed to raise awareness among Australians of the importance of healthy living and maintaining a healthy body weight. It targeted all Australians, with a particular focus on youth.
