Brutha's day out program

 

Overview

The Brutha's day out program is an early intervention and prevention program for Indigenous and non-Indigenous men over the age of 16 years. The program aims to bring Aboriginal men together in a culturally safe space and build stronger connections between men from different areas in Victoria.

Program sessions are interactive, informal and respectful and Aboriginal Elders and community members are invited to speak on topics of knowledge.

The program is facilitated by Aboriginal staff from Relationships Australia Victoria who developed the program in collaboration with Aboriginal community controlled organisations.
