Katungal Eye Health Program

Overview

The Katungul Eye Health Program provides vision testing and diabetes checks at the Narooma and Bega clinics, in New South Wales (NSW). The tests are conducted every two months and performed by a Sydney-based eye specialist. Outreach programs are also available at Moruya and the Wallaga Community Outreach Centre.

Eye checks, frames and basic lenses are all bulk-billed and are accessible to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people free of charge. For further treatment, patients are referred to the specialist in Batemans Bay, Sydney, NSW.

To book an eye test or learn more about eye health, contact your Katungul clinic.
