CATSINaM mentoring program

 

Overview

The CATSINaM mentoring program is an initiative of the Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives which provides a mentoring service for Indigenous Australians who are studying to be a nurse or a midwife.

The program aims to:

The mentoring program involves an experienced nurse or midwife being paired with a student nurse or midwife to provide support and guidance, and build a healthy, trusting, sharing and growing relationship.
