Indigenous talent pathways

 

Overview

Indigenous talent pathways is a program from the Australian Football League (AFL) that aims to identify talented young Indigenous AFL players, and to provide more opportunity to aspiring young AFL players.

The program operates in each state and territory in Australia at community, regional and state level, and identifies talent through a standard pathway:
