E-mental health support for Indigenous clients



The E-mental health support for Indigenous clients project aims to improve the reach and utilisation of e-mental health support for Indigenous people living in rural and remote areas of Australia.

The project objectives are to:

The project will also include development and delivery of e-mental health training and support for health professionals in primary healthcare such as Aboriginal Health Workers, Aboriginal Mental Health Workers, nurses, allied health professionals, and general practitioners.

This project is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, and is a collaboration between Menzies School of Health Research, the Queensland Institute of Technology, the University of Sydney, and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
