RFDS on the road skin cancer screening program

 

Overview

The RFDS on the road program is a free skin cancer screening program for people living in the Pilbara, Goldfields, Esperance and Kimberley region of Western Australia (WA). 

The mobile screening unit visits small communities in regional WA providing the following services:

The Royal Flying Doctor Service works in partnership with the Lions Cancer Institute and with funding support from BHP Billiton, the Pilbara Development Commission and the Gold Fields Australia Foundation.
