Weigelli Centre residential alcohol and other drug program

 

Overview

Weigelli Centre provides a residential alcohol and other drug rehabilitation service for Aboriginal peoples residing in New South Wales (NSW). The centre is located near the rural area of Cowra in the Central West of NSW and provides a safe and positive place of healing for Aboriginal peoples experiencing the harmful effects of alcohol and other drugs. A comprehensive evidence-based program is offered to clients including:

Enhancement of a client’s life skills are reinforced by their participation in the day to day functioning of the centre. Non-Indigenous people may also apply to attend the program.
