Enhanced Aboriginal child health schedule

 

Overview

Enhanced Aboriginal child health schedule (EACHS) aims to provide multidisciplinary clinics to children aged 0-5 years across the metro area in Perth, Western Australia (WA). These clinics bring together primary and allied health clinicians with expertise in maternal and child health and child development. EACHS services are delivered by and Aboriginal health team that includes community nurses and Aboriginal Health Workers. The program includes the following services:

The program increases access to health services for the clients and enhances parental education, early identification and referral for children with developmental delays. EACHS was developed in conjunction with clinicians across WA.
