Healthy Kids

Overview

The goal of this project was to increase the number of parents and children 0-4 years who make healthy choices in relation to physical activity, nutrition and safe behaviours, and aimed to promote 'healthy playgroups' policy and practice in Tuggeranong Link community houses and centres.

This was achieved by conducting a range of 'healthy kids' seminars for parents and to develop a 'healthy playgroups' policy approach based on the seminars that will be promoted to all future playgroups in Tuggeranong Link facilities.
