Yolŋu Radio

 

Overview

The Yolŋu Radio program is a community development radio station providing information, music and entertainment to the Yolŋu people of North East Arnhem Land. The program has educational audio programs with topics on alcohol and other drug (AOD) use including:

The program broadcasts in Yolŋu Matha, with some English back translations. Program content includes raising awareness and enhancing the capacity of communities to deal with health issues and AOD use in culturally appropriate ways
