This study aims to investigate the causes, risk factors, socio-economic impacts, and health outcomes of respiratory illnesses in Indigenous children living in Queensland urban populations. One major focus of the study is the Indigenous idea of risk for respiratory illness and the social, cultural, and economic impact on individuals, families, communities, and health care services.
