Smoke free mob

 

Overview

Smoke free mob was an initiative of the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO). Its aims were to work with Aboriginal community controlled health organisations to:

Smoke free mob was delivered by the Tobacco Cessation Team at VACCHO and seeked to build the capacity of VAACHO member organisations to support tobacco cessation in the Victorian Aboriginal community.

The program was funded by the Department of Health and Ageing. Smoke free mob is a development of an earlier research program, Goreen Narrkwarren Ngrn-toura - Healthy family air.
