LiveLighter is a public education campaign that aims to encourage Western Australian adults to lead healthier lifestyles - to make changes to what they eat and drink, and to be more active. LiveLighter helps people understand why they need to take action and what simple changes they can make in order to 'live lighter'.
The program takes Western Australians on a confronting journey inside their own bodies to highlight the consequences of unhealthy choices. It helps to make people realise that achieving and maintaining a healthy weight should be a priority and is not something they can put off.
The program is run by the Heart Foundation (WA Division), in partnership with the Cancer Council of WA and funded by the Western Australian Health Department.
