Food for Thought is a free weight management program conducted by ACT health dietitians in conjunction with a physiotherapist and psychologist. The program looks at healthy eating; shopping and cooking techniques; stress and self esteem; as well as physical activity. Sessions are held at Phillip, Tuggeranong and Belconnen health centres at various times throughout the year.
