Move2Change Project

 

Overview

Move2Change is a project aimed at reducing overweight and obesity through free and low cost physical activity and healthy eating programs, in the New South Wales towns of Lismore, Nimbin, Dunoon and Clunes. The Lismore program is being run for adults by eight Indigenous personal trainers.

The variety of programs offered are catered for a range of participants, from those will low level fitness, those at risk of chronic conditions and for people who would simply like more exercise.
