Overview

The Koori community aged care program (KCACP) is funded through the Department of Health and Ageing as part of their Community aged care packages (CACP) program. The aim of the KCACP is to provide services to assist Koori Elders to remain living at home, independently and in good health, for as long as possible.

Services offered include:

• home care
• personal care
• advocacy
• respite care
• spiritual healing and cultural support
• case management
• home maintenance
• social activities.
