Overview

This program undertaken by Centacare Northern Territory provides support to Indigenous families, carers, children and young people affected by mental illness. The aim of the program is to increase the communities awareness of mental health issues and then to provide support where required to improve the sense of wellbeing for the families affected. Support and counselling is provided in a number of ways including group settings, workshops and training sessions.
