Community reintegration program

 

Overview

The Community reintegration program, run by Centacare Adelaide, provides information, referral and linkages to support people exiting custodial sentences, and individuals under community based supervision, to reconnect with their community.

The staff at Centacare offer information, advice, advocacy and referrals to relevant services for a range of issues related to:

One-on-one and group support is delivered at community corrections locations and prisons around South Australia. Information specific to Indigenous people is also made available.
