Armadale Aboriginal driver training

 

Overview

Note, January 2017: This program is currently not running. The Champion Centre is hopeful that this program will re-commence in the near future.

This program offers Indigenous people over 16 years of age access to the learners permit test for free. The Champion Centre and Armadale's Aboriginal Police Liaison Officers are providing opportunities for Indigenous people to get their learners permit. 

The program is available to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons metropolitan wide. The program runs on Fridays from 10:30am to 2.30pm. Bookings are essential. A birth certificate and two other forms of identification are needed for registration. A light lunch and refreshments are provided.
