F.I.T (Fit Indigenous trainers) club

Overview

The F.I.T (Fit Indigenous trainers) club has been designed to train and employ Indigenous personal trainers.

The program aims to build a team of trainers to raise awareness and assist in preventing childhood and adult obesity within both the Indigenous community and the greater community.

The F.I.T (Fit Indigenous trainers) club will also provide a possible avenue for graduating trainees to gain employment.
