Wuchopperen youth program

 

Overview

This program is tailored to the needs of Indigenous youth and includes separate programs for young men and women. The aim of the program is develop in young Indigenous people a sense of cultural pride, respect for others and healthy personal and family relationships. The program uses Indigenous dancing lessons, storytelling, and traditional bush food collection to achieve its goals.
