Bunjilwarra

 

Overview

Bunjilwarra is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation service designed solely to help young Indigenous Australians. This service was established by the Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education (FARE) and opened on December 15, 2011. This service aims to help Indigenous people between the ages of 15 and 20 years. It was designed specifically to be culturally appropriate and family oriented, and can accommodate up to 12 people. Bunjilwarra is jointly funded by FARE and the Victorian Department of Health, and is located in Hastings on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula.
