Sistas and Aunties Program

Overview

The Sistas and Aunties ProgramĀ is a holistic health and wellbeing initiative for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women over 40 years, which runs over a six week period.

The program includes group exercise, social and cultural activities, healthy meals and workshops. The aim of the program is to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women to lead healthy lifestyles, and model healthy, positive habits for their community and their extended families through activities which incorporate healthy eating and physical activity.
