Description

This CD describes strategies that employers can use to help Indigenous trainees overcome obstacles that may prevent them from completing their apprenticeships. The CD has a particular focus on trainee Indigenous environmental health workers. It uses animation and interactive storytelling to convey its key messages.

The strategies described in the CD were identified by participants in an environmental health apprenticeship and mentoring program that took place in the Northern Territory in 2002-2003. (For more information about this program, see links below).
