Description

This 10 point plan is a guide for the treatment of overweight and obesity aimed at providing the dietitian with a short checklist of the key steps in implementing the DAA Best practice guidelines for the treatment of overweight and obesity in adults.

The checklist was developed for use in prompting action and facilitating documentation of patients' assessment and ongoing management.

It is intended that the plan should be used in conjunction with, and after reading the associated guidelines, with the plan being a quick reference guide when consulting with patients.
