Description

The Pilbara Meta Maya Regional Aboriginal Corporation (PMMRAC) was established to provide services to remote Aboriginal communities in the areas of:

The organisation is contracted by the Western Australian state government to undertake repairs and maintenance services to 27 communities located in the Pilbara, Gascoyne and Murchison regions of WA. In addition, PMMRAC is involved in the Remote Area Essential Services Program which ensures that electrical, sewerage and water infrastructure in remote communities are maintained. The central aim of PMMRAC is to improve the quality of life of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through better outcomes in the following services:
