Kidney Support Network

 

Description

The Kidney Support Network is a registered not-for-profit organisation founded in 1981. The association was built by volunteers and the volunteer workforce remains their strongest asset in providing services at five branches in local Queensland communities. Various services are provided including advocacy, information and referral, patient and family support, accommodation service, equipment service, education grants, emergency assistance, social and holiday programs, and transport from and to dialysis centres. Face to face and phone support is offered to Indigenous patients.
