Description

The Kidney Support Network is a charitable community organisation founded in 1981. The Association is managed by a voluntary Board of Management and is based in Brisbane with branches throughout the state. Various services are provided including advocacy, information and referral, patient and family support, accommodation service, equipment service, education grants, emergency assistance, social and holiday programs, and transport from and to dialysis centres. Face to face as well as phone support is offered to Indigenous patients.
